With seven years of sales and leadership experience, Scott serves as President of the Keller Williams Realty of Greater Cleveland New Homes Team. His success in real estate has been recognized by the National Association of Realtors "Top 30 Under 30," Inside Business Magazine's "Top 25 Under 35", and various sales awards from the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Wall Street Journal, and the Cleveland HBA. Scott is a graduate of Ohio State University where he received a B.A. in Political Science and served as President of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. As a volunteer, he works for his fraternity's National Recruitment Board and is also involved as the Notre Dame Cathedral Latin School Past Alumni Association President. A Clevelander his entire life, Scott currently lives in Independence with his wife Jenny and their two kids, Madison and Brayden. Coury is a full time Sales Associate of The Cleveland New Homes Team. He has a very diverse portfolio with sales ranging from investor properties, to townhomes/condos in the city, to large suburban homes, to rural homes with expansive acreage. With that, his market knowledge of many different products and areas are great. He focuses most of his business in the downtown and the near Westside areas, specifically in new construction.

Erika has been practicing real estate since 2011, and presently serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Keller Williams Realty of Greater Cleveland New Homes Team. She began her career as a real estate agent selling homes on both the East and West sides of Cleveland. Erika is also currently a full time graduate student at Cleveland State University, working towards a master's degree in Museum Studies. She is a 2011 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, and a graduate of Cleveland State University where she holds a master's degree in Museum Studies. Erika is a lifetime member of the Alpha Phi fraternity and currently resides in Rocky River, Ohio.
